When Mancunian Mike Kintish met Londoner Nick Ingram in late 2006, a perfect partnership was formed. The pair discovered a mutual love for bands such as The Beach Boys and The Police. Nick’s characteristic voice and musicianship on the guitar, together with Mike’s skills as a pianist and singer/songwriter enabled the boys to quickly develop a body of work, drawing influences from the past with a contemporary feel.
In April 2007, The Yeah You’s were born.
After signing both Publishing and Record Deals (to major label Island) in 2008, The Yeah You's have been recording their debut album over the summer for a 2009 release!
