Gentle contact improvisation class

Wednesday 13th November| Echo Echo Studios | 10am – 12noon

Here we will introduce some principles used in contact improvisation; dancing together, leading and following, gently sharing weight, coming together, going apart, letting ourselves move and be moved with our partner. No experience is required just an interest in dancing.
