Although Big Joe and Bob have toured together on a few occassions, this is the first time in twenty years that both bands have appeared together in the U.K.......the last was at The Weavers Arms, London in 1989.

BIG JOE LOUIS & THE BLUES KINGS

Jamaican born Big Joe Louis is one of the most travelled blues artists residing in the U.K. today,
having toured and performed his tough, down home blues from U.S.A. and Canada - through Russia
and most of europe to Australia and New Zealand....not forgetting Egypt and South Africa along the
way!
Twice winner of 'Best U.K. Male Blues Singer', Big Joe sings about situations that have occured in
his life, some humerous some sad, but all true - and all performed with real passion.

THE BOB PEARCE BAND

Bob returned to the 'live' music scene in 2005 after a three year break, and put together a hard working band
of musicians....three of them from previous Pearce 'line-ups'.....Chris Collins (gtr/vo), Steve Stares (bass/vo)
and Brian Wright (drums). Add Ray Drury (keys/Hammond) and you have the latest in a long line of Bob
Pearce bands!
The blues is, of course, still an important element of Bob's shows, as are soul ballads and a touch of good ol' rock n' roll, in fact musically, not a lot has changed since he first took to the stage back in the early '60's.
