Dive Dive are a UK based rock band compared variously to early Idlewild, XTC, The Buzzcocks, At the Drive In and Fugazi. We're not sure if any of these really hits the mark but hopefully you'll take a moment to decide for yourself.
They have released two albums, 2005's Tilting At Windmills' and 2007's 'The Revenge of The
Mechanical Dog', and are currently recording for their third.
Two singles from their debut album, '5-5-5 For Filmstars' and 'The Sorry Suitor', entered the Top 10 of the UK Independent Singles Chart. The band recorded 2 sessions for Radio One DJ John Peel.
They have also doubled up as the backing band for folk-punk artist and ex-Million Dead frontman Frank Turner on his recent tours.
