Awesome tribute to Amy Winehouse
Our 'Amy' is more likely to actually show up, be sober and play a full set!
Maybe Winehouse is the UK's Number 1 Tribute to the fantastic but maybe a little troubled(!) Amy Winehouse.
Maybe Winehouse has wowed audiences across the UK and Europe at numerous Student Unions, Clubs, Theatres and Festivals with a vibrant set list including all the Amy Winehouse classics with some up tempo ska and soul covers which guarantees a good old singalong and dance.
With a 5 piece backing band consisting of Drums, Keys, Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar and Saxophone, this fully live show recreates the distinctive jazzy sounds of an Amy gig with a singer that won't be slurring her words and forgetting the lyrics (too much!). The recreation of Amy's distinctive vocals and mannerisms is exceptional and as you can see by the photo, Rachel Rabin who plays the role has an amazing resemblence to the woman herself.
