Brothers and sisters, brush up your beehives and dust off your mohair suits for Brighton’s Big Wheels Revue - a night of Motown to remember… Revue band Big Wheels harnesses the horsepower of Brighton’s slickest musicians to bring you ‘Motor Town’ feelgood music at its smoothest. Timeless classics like Proud Mary, Jimmy Mac, Heatwave and Natural Woman are given light, shade and unique shine by the enigmatic and talented band, topped off by Juliette Golding’s subtle, yet strong vocals.
But the evening is not just about sitting back and enjoying the Detroit sound sensation, as members of the audience will be invited to take to the stage to audition as backing singers for part of the night. There will also be guest spot vocals from the best of Brighton’s talent, followed by a Motown DJ. All-in-all an unforgettable evening of non-stop entertainment for everyone.
