Mônica Vasconcelos and Vintage Brazil are back with a series of
monthly dance evenings at the Vortex. Inspired by her teenage years
back in São Paulo, Mônica has put together a group of master musicians
from Brazil, England and Uruguay to play vintage Brazilian classics
and originals. There will also be a dance class (included in the
ticket price) prior to the gig, with teachers to show you the moves.
With Steve Lodder (piano and keys), Andres Lafone (bass), Guille Hill
(guitar) and Marius Rodrigues (drums).
