song forms, saxophonist Ingrid Laubrock and pianist Liam Noble bring
both lyrical warmth to the former and a fluid logic to the music of
Monk, Mingus, Konitz and others. Two experienced and creative
musicians with attitude, lyricism and expression, ready to walk on a
tightrope if necessary.
