Evan Parker’s regular free improvisation residency with bassist John
Edwards and drummer Tony Marsh. ‘In solo appearances, Parker generally
sticks to soprano, but in a trio setting he operates on tenor –
buzzing, surging, scribbling and occasionally whispering. Edwards
scrabbles and booms and at odd moments produces percussive slaps from
his bass, but it is Marsh who binds the whole together...’(Chris
Parker).
