Aeroplane are Belgium based duo Stephen Fasano and Vito Deluca who in two short years have become the go to guys for balearic tinged dance. Their music, always steeped in melody, chimes with psychedelic guitars, pop keys, melancholic waves, beats and basslines. They caused a stir almost immediately with their Caramellas/Aeroplane in 2007 on Ghent's Eskimo Recordings. This led to remixes for artists like Das Pop, Lindström, Cut Copy, MGMT, Bloc Party and, most notably Friendly Fires and Grace Jones (who initially turned down their magnificent version of William's Blood before having second thoughts). Aeroplane are currently recording their debut album but will be leaving the studio especially to DJ at Slide.
