Event information
Dunajska Kapelye play traditional Gypsy and Eastern European tunes shot through with searing jazz improvisation. Led by violin virtuoso Piotr Jordan who "...breaks our hearts with the minor key beauty of his sound" (Evening Standard) this is music of the heart and cannot fail to leave you moved and uplifted and "with a big, stupid grin on your face" Metro
With Django style guitar from Jez Cook, and brooding classically-tinged bass from Yugoslav Viktor Obsust this is a trio not to be missed and the Greennote is the perfect venue to really appreciate their artistry.
