Rock With Laughter presents a pair of true champions of light entertainment alongside classic rock band Stealer.
Frank Sidebottom’s live performances are stuff of legend – be it a crowd of 14,000 in Reading Festival’s comedy tent or simply giving a “Timperley lecture” in front of 300 people.
Fellow Northern cult comedian David Kear started as a drummer in various bands (including the Small Faces) in the 1970s and 80s before turning to solo stand-up comedy as the surreally manic Charlie Chuck, who starred as Uncle Peter in the iconic BBC2 series, The Smell of Reeves and Mortimer.
A one off show not to be missed.
