“A Celebration Of: Tangerine Dream” honours the music of the influential German experimental band ‘Tangerine Dream’ formed in 1976 – following closely after their live performance at the Royal Albert Hall (1st April), this is a chance for fans to listen to three early land-mark albums ‘Phaedra’, ‘Rubycon’, and ‘Ricochet’ in the beautiful ambience and extraordinary acoustic of St. Leonards Shoreditch Church in London.
The church will be low-lit by candle light, the concept is to put the listener in an environment where the music can score an inner landscape in people’s heads, an inward experience rather than a sensory bombardment
Each album will be separated by a short interval.
8pm start.
