Some of you may have caught Captain Hotknives this summer; he's been busy on the festival circuit and has been building up quite a following over the last deacade or so. His songs are very funny and sometimes challenging and moving. " It's rare for Yorkshire to come up with anything as clever as this but Captain HotKnives should be up there with the best of 'em" said the Beat-Herder Festival. In an evening of fabulous variety where art and comedy meet (!) Madame Zucchini presents her fabulous vegetable theatre - those onions will move you to tears - and Niblo will astound with his satsuma modelling and risque escapology. This will be presided over by the formidable figure of Mysti Valentine - chanteuse and "drag" gender illusionist. Plus DJ and surprises
