We're afraid this isn't our decision. As we sell tickets on behalf of the event organiser or venue we let them decide whether to accept ticket transfer requests. Seems fair, right?
Please do feel free to contact us should you require a ticket transfer and we'll contact the event organiser or venue on your behalf. If they authorise a ticket transfer, and we have tickets available for the event that you would rather attend, we'll process that for you. Should your preferred ticket option be more expensive than the one you currently have, we'll need to charge you the difference in ticket price.
Please note that should the event organiser or venue be happy for us to transfer your ticket we can only transfer to an event organised by the same event organiser who listed the event that you currently hold tickets for.
