* 2 Children aged 11 or under are permitted free with each paying adult. Please indicate if you are bringing children as they will be issued with a ticket in 2008. If you have more than two children per adult attending, please purchase the Additional Under 12s ticket.

Conditions of booking tickets Tickets for The Wychwood Music Festival events are sold under the following conditions: Once you receive your tickets, please check them carefully and call the ticket agency you booked them through if you have any queries.
Ticket Types and Prices (All weekend tickets include camping from Friday to Monday morning. Access to the campsite from 12 noon on Friday).
-Full Adult Weekend Ticket - £85 if ordered before 1st October 2007, thereafter £100.
-Concession Weekend Ticket - £65 if ordered before 1st October 2007, thereafter £75.
-Concession rate is available for Students, ES40, 12-18 year olds, and over 60s, and those with Disabilities (if you do not require the 2 for 1 -Disabled ticket (see below). Please provide proof of status (see below).
-Disabled 2 for 1 Ticket - £85 if ordered before 1st October 2007, thereafter £100.
If you are disabled and require a personal assistant or carer to be able to come to the festival (one disabled person and one assistant/carer), you can purchase both tickets for the price of one regular ticket.
Free Children's tickets Two children under the age of 12 can come free with each adult ticket purchaser. Please remember to order a ticket for each child or baby you are bringing. Under 12s must be accompanied by a ticket purchaser who is over 18.
Additional Children's tickets are £10 per child If you require more than 2 children's tickets per adult ticket purchaser in your group, please order an Additional Children's ticket for each child.
Camper vans Please purchase a campervan ticket (£25) if you are camping in a sleep in vehicle. There will be a specific camper area, and all other vehicles will be parked in the car park.
Proof of Status In you have purchased a concession ticket, you may be asked to provide evidence of your status when you arrive at the festival. Please bring with you a photocopy or original document providing your age, student or ES40 status. Working Family Tax credit documents do not give ES40 status. If you think the age of your child may be questioned, please bring proof of age with them.
When to purchase Additional tickets (at the prevailing ticket price), Free Children's and Additional Children's tickets, and Campervan tickets can be bought separately if you decide later on that you need these/more! Standard booking rates will apply per transaction.
Refunds All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Defaced tickets can not be accepted. We can not offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather. Lost tickets will not be replaced, so please take care of them!
The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Festival. What you can and can't bring: No animals (except guide dogs) are allowed in Festival Village or campsite.
No alcohol or glass will be permitted within the Festival Village.
No open fires on campsite or in Festival Village.
Also please note: The Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited.
Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the Festival.
Vehicles and their contents parked at the owner's risk.
