Founded in 1998, the 11th TRUCK FESTIVAL takes place at Hill Farm, Steventon on July 19th & 20th 2008.

As usual, we will not be making a full line-up announcement: TRUCK is about discovering your new favourite band, and rediscovering those resident eccentrics on the fringes, whilst chewing a burger from the Rotary Club or an ice cream from the Vicar, before buying a few pints from those cross-dressing bar staff!

We are introducing some new stages and collaborations with friends who LOVE TO TRUCK..

The barn will be hosted by VACUOUS POP on the Saturday (acts to include THESE NEW PURITANS), and SONIC CATHEDRAL on the Sunday (MAPS). Saturday night will also feature the BEST RAVE EVER with our friends FRESH OUT THE BOX.

Oxford's hippest electro club ABORT RETRY FAIL will be hosting the Market tent on the Saturday night with live guests including ROBOTS IN DISGUISE, whilst on Sunday it will be the turn of London's new psych-country happening CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD club.

Stages and areas also include THE VILLAGE PUB ROCK STAGE, the DISCO SHED, THE DOME and LADY GENEVIEVE'S ROCK'N'ROLL PARTY.

Last but not least, TRUCK STAGE will have a sweeping new canopy and a line-up of great acts. Some already inked in include: CAMERA OBSCURA, IAN MACLAGAN (Small Faces) AND THE BUMP BAND, NOAH AND THE WHALE, EMMY THE GREAT, THE COAL PORTERS and THE TELEVISION PERSONALITIES.
