We have been asked many times over, to organise programme our very own Festival. Now we can finally, and proudly announce the very first Jumpin Hot Club festival. The Jumpin Hot Jamboree (& Cajun Barn Dance) is a cheerful, quirky & small (three day- limited capacity) Festival event in partnership with The Barn at Easington. It’s a celebration & appreciation of good roots music, & held from Friday 13th Sept – Sunday 15th Sept @ Thorp Lea East Farm, Easington Colliery, Co Durham SR8 3UT (Find on GoogleMap OR print out our map)

The weekend offers hot authentic music, along with a Cajun barn dance, great food/coffee (local) , real ale & wine bar (local brewery), cakes & sweets (local) and free camping. As an alternative to those long queues, and mile-long hikes to the stage/campsite, this boutique festival offers fabulous local food, free parking on the farm and a safe environment near the quaint beach at Hawthorn nr Seaham.

Friday starts off the event with a special campfire session (around the fire) , hand picked songwriters playing in the round.
Saturday, midday to midnight, sees the best authentic live music from this side, and also the other side of the pond.
On Sunday we offer an easy-going porch gathering along with special guests.
