`	SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR OXFORD O2 ACADEMY CUSTOMERS – PLEASE READ - For Gigs: The box office will open 15 minutes before the doors time for the event, and close 15 minutes after the last band goes on stage. For clubs the box office will close on last entry to the event. Once the box office is closed, collections cannot be made, so please do turn up on time. You must bring with you your reference number and the card you purchased them on or a form of formal photo ID. The venue will exchange your booking reference for a physical ticket - If your party are arriving separately, or you've bought a ticket on behalf of someone else, please make sure that you re-allocate the ticket into the correct name(s). You can do this until the day before the event by logging in to your WeGotTickets account. The person you've reallocated to will also need to bring ID with them (see above).

Event information

Well the summer is officially over – so us plaid shirted, laid back , TRUCKers (the people behind TRUCK & WOOD festival) are heading indoors to celebrate the very postcode nearly all of us live in – OX4.

After the sell out success of last year's event OX4 is back - so, on the 9th October 2010 – OX4 is taking over 10 venues in Oxford showcasing the cream of local talent, as well as spattering of great “out-of-towners” - on a what can only be described as 'unique part' of the 'shire 'The Cowley Road' .

OX4 is in support of neighbours OXFAM for who we'll not only be raising cash but awareness too!

It's not just about standing around enjoying the fruits of musical labour - it's about getting inspired and perhaps dare we say it – learning something. As part of the event we'll be hosting 'OX4university' your chance to listen to, talk with and ask questions of some of the leading lights of the 'music industry' all still based here in Oxford.

During OX4 weekend The Cowley Road is also hosting a take-over record store throughout the weekend, from opening party to closing down sale, the life of a record shop in one weekend! Stocking Cd's, DVD's and all sorts of other goodies.

They'll also be a very secret screening of local film maker Jon Spira's 'Anyone can play guitar' during the day – can't say anymore it's a secret to register interest in coming please contact

Last year's event SOLD OUT – so book early to avoid being horribly disappointed.
